The 1er Etage team is on site every morning between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and at your disposal all day by telephone or email, to help you as best as possible in your discovery of Paris and to give you advice and good ideas. Our e-concierge mobile app can accompany you everywhere during your stay and will offer you our personalized selection of places, walks or restaurants to discover.
To ensure you have the most comfortable stay, room service with towels, sheets and toiletries is provided every day before 1 p.m. You will also have access to the shared kitchen and its supply of small snacks, filtered water available for self-service.
